We are pleased that you have chosen Bayer-Enterprise ("Bayer-Enterprise", "we", "us", "our")! When you carry out a transaction (contact form) on our website, we collect the personal data that you provide to us, such as your name, address and e-mail address. You can see why we collect this information at 1.2 & 3.1.

3.1 Why do we collect this information?

  We collect this non-personal and personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide ongoing customer service and technical support to our users;

  3. To contact our visitors and users with general or personalized, service-related information and advertising messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and / or inferred non-personal information that we or our business partners can use to provide and improve our services;

4.1 How do we store, use, share and publish the personal data?

Our project, which was created for fun (hereinafter "Fun Project"), is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform through which we can convey our products and services to you. Your data can be stored through Wix.com's data store, databases, and general Wix.com applications. You save your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the standards of PCI-DSS, which are administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online shop and its service provider.

5.1 How do we protect the data?

The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer you our services. Your data can be stored via the data storage, databases and general applications of our hosting provider. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and offers secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.

Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and will not guarantee the absolute protection and security of the data that you upload, publish or otherwise pass on to us or others.

For this reason, we would like to ask you to set secure passwords and, if possible, not to provide us or others with confidential information, the disclosure of which, in your opinion, could cause you significant or lasting damage. Since e-mail and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we also ask you not to pass on any confidential information via any of these communication channels.

6.1 How can you withdraw your consent?

7.1 Updates to the data protection declaration:

We reserve the right to change this data protection declaration at any time, so please check it regularly, the version published on the website is always up-to-date (see information on "Version"). Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are published on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you of those changes here so that you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and / or publish it.If you continue to use the services after being notified of changes to our website, this will be considered as your confirmation and consent to the changes to the privacy policy and your consent to be bound by the terms of these changes.

8.1 Google reCaptchat v2

We integrate the function for recognizing bots, for example when entering our contact form ("reCaptcha") provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts takes place in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR.

 

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

8.2 Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Maps is an internet map service from Google. With Google Maps you can search for exact locations of countries, cities, sights, companies and much more online using your PC, tablet / mobile phone or the “Google Maps” app. Google Maps shows the earth's surface as a road map or as an aerial or satellite image. Thanks to the Street View images and the high-quality satellite images, very precise representations are possible.

 

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address, the search term you entered and the latitude and longitude coordinates. This information is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR.

8.3 Google+ (GPlus / Google Plus)

We use the method to quickly register on our website with Google+. You automatically agree that: Google will pass on your name, your e-mail address, your language settings and your profile picture to us. If you log in with Google+, you automatically agree to Google's privacy policy and its terms of use.

9.1 data of online inquiries; Email, phone or contact form

We offer you the possibility to contact us online via our e-mail, via our telephone number or via our contact form. The data sent or mentioned by you as part of this will be used to answer your request and to contact you by phone, live chat or e-mail. The data you enter will be treated as strictly confidential and can only be viewed by the Bayer Enterprise team.  

10.1 Third party social networks & services

Bayer-Enterprise uses social media plugins from the social networks Twitter, Instagram and YouTube on the websites we operate. If you do not click on the button of a plugin, no personal data will be transmitted to the providers of these plugins. If you click on the button of a plugin, personal data is automatically transmitted to the provider of the plugin and can be saved and used by him. Please note that this can be done abroad, in particular in the United States of America.  

 

The data collection and transmission described in the upper section of this data protection declaration takes place regardless of whether you have a user account with the respective plug-in provider or not. If you have a user account with the respective plug-in provider and if you are logged into this user account at the time you click on the respective plug-in, the data transmitted to the respective plug-in provider will be assigned directly to your user account. In order to prevent forwarding to your user account with the respective plug-in provider, you should log out of your user account with the respective plug-in provider before clicking on the plug-in. Bayer-Enterprise does not have full knowledge of the type and scope of the data collection and its use and processing and cannot influence it.

11.1 What about my data protection?

The so-called "cookie guidelines" have existed since 2009. It states that the saving of cookies requires the consent of the website visitor (i.e. you). Within the EU countries, however, there are still very different reactions to these guidelines. In Germany, the cookie guidelines have not been implemented as national law. Instead, this guideline was largely implemented in Section 15 (3) of the Telemedia Act (TMG). 12.1 Data protection declaration for minors

Children can use our services. However, if you want access to certain functions, you may need to provide certain information. Some data (including data collected through cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies) may be collected automatically. If we knowingly collect, use, or disclose information we have collected from a child, we will notify it and obtain parental consent in accordance with applicable law. 15.1 newsletter

With the following information we inform you about the contents of our newsletter as well as your right of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter, you declare that you agree to the receipt and the procedures described.

Content of the newsletter: We only send e-mails with information (hereinafter “newsletter”) with the consent of the recipient. If the contents of the newsletter are specifically described when registering for the newsletter, they are decisive for the consent of the user.
 

Registration data: To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your email address. Optionally, we ask you to enter a first and last name in order to address you personally in the newsletter.

Revocation: You can deactivate the receipt of our newsletter at any time, ie revoke your consent. For security reasons, these cannot be deactivated independently. To cancel this newsletter, simply click on Profile and then on the "Manage Account" tab. Now click on the "Subscriptions" button. You can easily fill out the form that you will find there and we will deactivate your newsletter for you within 72 hours.  

16.1 Termination

You can cancel at any time using the cancellation form on our " data protection page ". 

All customer information (e.g. contact details, customer activities, bookings) and other personal data related to our website are stored here. If you also want all data from third-party apps to be deleted, please write this in the cancellation form  the end! A cancellation of your account will be processed within one week.

18.1 Data Security

Bayer Enterprise takes  Ensuring data security and the associated personal data are very serious! You can read about how we protect your data in our data protection declaration in section "5.1".  

18.2 TSL encryption with https

This site uses “https” (HyperTextTransferProtocolSecure) on all sites operated by us for reasons of security and to transfer data securely on the Internet (Article 25 Paragraph 1 GDPR). TLS, encryption & https sound very technical and they are. By using TLS (Transport Layer Security), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet, we can ensure the protection of confidential personal data.

You can recognize the use of this protection of data transmission by a lap symbol link at the top of your browser and the use of the “https” (instead of “http”) scheme as part of our Internet address.
